| Abstract | From the study of the legal nature of any process, it is possible to deduce the qualification as typical or special. In the first case, this will be configured as a genus from which other processes will be able to be drawn; in the second case, save for the particularities, as a species that from a genus draws its own supporting structure. This study aims to analyze, in brief, the canonization process, adapting the aforementioned concepts. |
